The firm is outside general counsel to several corporations both in state and national.  In this capacity the attorneys provide day to day counseling with respect to employment matters and personnel, debt collection, registration, contract, retail installment sales, rental-purchase and securities matters. 

A senior partner is a pioneer in all legal aspects of the rental-purchase industry having been counsel to the largest companies in the industry for thirty years.  He has written countless articles in such rental-purchase publications as RTO Magazine.  He has also appeared in Court on behalf of several rental-purchase companies on a regular basis.
